ABOUT ME
I grew up on a farm in Marton, immersed in sport and the outdoors, before heading to Dunedin to study. Since then, I’ve lived and worked across New Zealand and overseas.
These days, I call New Plymouth home, where I live with my young family, work as a dietitian, and make the most of the outdoor lifestyle.

I’m currently the Performance Dietitian for Central Districts Cricket, Chair of the New Zealand Dietitians Board, and work in chronic disease management with Pinnacle Midlands Health Network. Previously, I’ve supported elite teams including the Hurricanes, Wellington Lions, Central Pulse, and the Taranaki Rugby Academy.

My approach is practical and personal — helping you build simple, nourishing food habits that align with your goals and your life.

Alongside being a registered dietitian, I hold a postgraduate diploma in Sports Nutrition and a degree in Exercise Science, giving me a solid foundation to support both performance and everyday health.

I’ve played and loved a wide range of sports, so I understand firsthand the challenge of balancing training, nutrition, and everything else life throws your way.
