I have worked in a range of clinical settings, for elite sports teams, and for weekend warriors. In addition to being a registered dietitian, have a postgraduate diploma in Sports Nutrition and a degree in Exercise Science, so am perfectly placed to support you.
I love all sport and have participated in many, so I have a real understanding of what it takes to juggle training, nutrition, and a busy life.
